Who am I?
Someone just like you. Obsessed with software in many ways, but that love and flow led me down an unhealthy path.

I learned about intermittent fasting from a co-worker. He had listened to an episode of the FoundMyFitness podcast and told me I should too. I downloaded and listened to it that day on my way home from work.
